MicroServe
MicroServe is the highest density automated, sequential microplate and tip box delivery system – with easily swappable stackers and capacity of up to 770 plates or 154 tip boxes in fourteen laboratory hotel racks or bulk stackers.
All laboratory plate hotels offer portrait and landscape accessibility. NanoServe and MicroServe pitch stackers are interchangeable and may be mixed and matched in a single unit. PicoServe plate hotel pitch stackers offer 8 pitch and 12 pitch configurations. Any combination of up to four (NanoServe) or fourteen (MicroServe) hotels or plate stackers may be easily loaded and removed. PicoServe features up to four hotels with full random access or ‘first in, last out’ bulk stackers.
AmbiStore
AmbiStore offers high-density, ambient, and random-access storage for 96-/384-/1536-well plates, deep-well plates, and tip boxes. This density and variety support even the most complex and lengthy automated workflows without interruptions.
Swappable stackers with automatic self-inventory make it easy to reload the device with additional tips and plates, even in mid-operation, to save precious time. AmbiStore supports multiple Input/Output nests and rapid auto-inventory capability and adjustable stacker types accommodate any labware type or pipette tip configuration. This ensures that the right labware is prepped and ready for your next operation.
Two compact AmbiStore models (AmbiStore D & AmbiStore M) offer capacities and capabilities to fulfill your labware and ambient sample storage needs. Embedded barcode scanning empowers users to easily track and validate inventory across AmbiStore and also self-indentifies swappable stacker configurations to eliminate the need to set up inventory in your scheduling software.
SteriStore
SteriStore is the one multi-purpose automated lab incubator for all your scientific needs. With a wide temperature range, its flexibility extends to cold sample storage, warm cell and tissue culture incubation, and even hot nucleic acid isolation. SteriStore provides a consistent, stable environment across all plate surfaces anywhere in the device. It does so by using ultrasonic misters for humidity control along with high-capacity heaters and gentle rotation.
Fast opening, dual-automation doors and a proven aerogel insulation in this powerful automated cell incubator foster an ideal culture environment over the life cycle of your science. Unlike other incubators that are configured to support a narrow environment, SteriStore offers a wide 4 ºC to 100 ºC temperature range to boost flexibility and save precious lab space as a multi-purpose automated lab incubator. For example, use the SteriStore to store samples at 4 ºC, incubate cells at 37 ºC, or heat DNA at 70 ºC; all with standard CO₂, O₂, and N₂ regulation to maximize your sample’s environmental control. SteriStore supports multiple Input/Output nests for simultaneous plate processing.

TundraStore
TundraStore meticulously maintains precise temperatures from –20 to +4 ºC so you can freeze and preserve samples with stone-cold certainty and also gently thaw samples at your convenience. Two models are available to suit your needs. TundraStore provides a consistently cold environment across the plate surface. It does so by combining precise temperature control and gentle rotation.
Fast opening, dual-automation doors, and proven aerogel insulation in this powerful automated laboratory freezer foster an ideal contaminant-free environment to preserve your frozen cells and samples until you’re ready to take the next step in scientific discovery. TundraStore offers a wide cold temperature range to boost flexibility and save precious lab space as an automated freezer and more. For example, use the TundraStore to freeze samples down to –20 ºC, or thaw and chill them at +4 ºC.
When TundraStore is combined with our SteriStore self-sterilizing automated incubator, every stage of your cell growth, freezing, and culturing process is automated and consistent.
