Verify your ODTC® performance on a regular basis or before you process critical samples or run your assay.
The ODTC® Verification Tool is purpose-built to measure ODTC® performance in real operating situations. It’s designed for end-users or maintenance staff to check Installation Qualification (IQ) and Operational Qualification (OQ) as well as for regular maintenance.

EASY
The OVT is easy to use, with step-by-step guidance included to set it up. It uses a USB connection and an automated test routine. In just 25 minutes, the OVT can assess the ODTC®’s performance. The system software automatically calculates heating & cooling rates, precision and accuracy in the mount and lid, and temperature uniformity during the plateau phase. System information and test results, plus your own personalized information, are delivered in an audit-quality PDF certificate.

ACCURATE
We ensure near -real operating conditions - the OVT fits perfectly when the ODTC® lid is closed, and thanks to its unique flat measuring head. The OVT checks heating and cooling rates across the Vapor Chamber Mount during a predefined test routine that compares accurately to real PCR runs. Sensors also verify the lid temperature.

MATCH to your ODTC®
There are two versions of the OVT available, OVT96 for verification of all ODTC® 96 well versions, and OVT384 for verification of all ODTC® 384 well versions.

RELIABLE and SUPPORTED
Your OVT is delivered with an initial temperature calibration from an accredited calibration laboratory and must be recalibrated every year. Contact INHECO tech support to arrange calibration.
